Love spicy food? Well thats great news, as researchers from Havard T.H Chan School of Public Health have found that spicy foods may actually help you to live a longer life! Among numerous other benefits spicy foods can lower your risk for cancer, heart disease, and respiratory problems. During this study researchers collected heath and diet information from over 480,000 aged between 30-70 years old.
