Elderly Drivers: When is it time to hand over the keys?
Last month Prince Phillip who is married to Queen Elizabeth II of Britain was in a car accident that has sparked conversation of elderly drivers. Prince Phillip overturned his Land Rover on a rural road in London and did not have any injuries. The two woman who were involved in the crash had minor injuries. Luxury Senior Living Facility
In Spring Hill a new Senior Living Facility is being built to be like “cruise ship on land.” Although still under construction big plans are being made to make this facility exciting and fun for seniors to live in.
Executive director Nerissa Bailey says that she going to the different Bonaventure Senior Living facilities and hears what seniors are saying that they want or what they need. This new facility is planned to be open during this summer if all goes right.

Lower Blood Pressure could help you fight early stages of Dementia
A new study shows that people who focus on significantly lowering their blood pressure could help protect against early stages of Dementia.
The study looked at over 9,000 people that were 50 years or older and had them lower their blood pressure to 120. The researchers found that they were 19% less likely to develop mild or early stages of memory loss or cognitive decline that generally lead to Alzheimer’s Disease. The study was called Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention trial or SPRINT by the Journal of the American Medical Association.
