Having a cup of coffee a day could lower your risk of developing breast cancer. It has been linked to lowering the risk of Alzheimer’s as well. A study showed that women who drank 3 cups of coffee a day reduced their risk of colon cancer.
Drinking coffee in moderation is important and replacing your drinks with coffee will not fight off every disease and illness out there.
