Qualifications for approval for Long Term Care insurance include: over the age of 40 and must be in good health. If you already need help with daily activities such as getting dressed, eating, bathing, or moving around you may be denied. Reasons for being declined Long Term Care Insurance would include: IDS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS, any dementia or progressive neurological condition or have had a stroke or metastatic cancer.
